I have been on a bit of vintage lens kick lately. I recently got my hands on a Canon FD 80-200mm f4 SSC. This is the first test shot I took with the lens on my Sony a7ii. The combination of these old Canon lenses on the a7ii is awesome and super fun to use. This particular lens can be found for pretty cheap (around $100. US dollars). For anyone with an a7 body and no 70-200, it’s kind of a no brainer to pick one of these up. The image quality is good and it is a joy to use. It’s also go this cool built in lens hood! Love the build quality of these classic lenses.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Looks like a fun lens and great image captured with it. Have a great day.
Thanks Karin!
Killer photo of the camera even. Great time of year (as any time is) for shooting I bet, with the golden leaves and the light how it is. Thought that today in Amsterdam, seems every corner you turn it’s a good shot.
Thank you! Your in Amsterdam right now? That’s awesome. I’ll swing by your blog later and take a look. I bet there are a lot of good photo ops around here :).
I don’t know for lenses, but if there were no cars… who would know for when? Lol Great shot!
Haha no idea! Thank you Resa ;).
