Life on The Edge

I took a little trip out to Fintry Provincial Park a couple days ago to shoot some photos and make a video. I was doing a little review of the Nikon Nikkor 14mm f/2.8 lens. I shot some photos in this abandoned house and then made my way up a mountain to a this waterfall. I didn’t plan on sitting on the edge of the railing for a picture, but when I got up there the idea crossed my mind and before I could overthink my way out of doing it I found myself dangling over the edge of this frighteningly hight view point. I don’t recommend doing silly things like this, but I am definitely happy with how the picture turned out.

Watch the video at the bottom of this post to see how it all when down.

Thanks for stopping by, Rob

Camera: Sony a7R & Nikon 14mm f/2.8

The following video filmed with a Sony Z-V1

Unfortunately there are people who should have thought more about it but didn’t survive to tell us.

    • Haha well it’s funny because I never told him what I was going to do. Then after we cut I walked over to him and he’s like “Geez you made me a little nervous there sitting on the railing” LOL. It was probably a dumb thing to do to be perfectly honest, but I did it so whadda ya gonna do? 😉
