I was taking a look through some of my Honolulu photos and came across this one. I was surprised to see I hadn’t shared this one before. This is my favourite type of picture and I could stare at this one for a long time, so I cant imagine why I didn’t get this one out already.
Anyhow, here is and how about that view! I might live in this place just for the view alone. When I was staying in this place I sat at that window looking out at the city a lot. I love cities and views like this capture my attention like nothing else. I look down and see the people, the cars, the apartment windows and I think to myself, where are they going? What are they doing? What is their life like? There are so many questions and so few answers that it draws me to get out there and experience the city myself. I’ve never lived in a apartment with that view this before, but hopefully one day I will. Who knows, maybe it’ll be here.

Thanks for stopping by, Rob
This is a stunning image. I sometimes try to place a time frame on photos with clues, and in this case I figure, if this is recent, it would have been last fall, and only if the two “stars” in the upper left were indeed two planets: Jupiter and Venus. But then again they could have been planes, or even an earlier “conjunction” some years ago. Nonetheless, nice picture, and I wish I were there! M 🙂
Thank you very much! Ya this was a couple years ago by now. I need to get back out there. You have very observant in your observations. I love how everyone looks at thing differently and this is a wonderful example of that. 🙂
Sort of a Older fun hobby, trying to pick out little details that might help date older photos, before digital data became a part of our imaging. M 🙂
Fantastic shot! Bravo!
Thank you Carlos!
