I went out for a little hike yesterday on a new path I had never been on before. The whole trip was really great, but there was a nice stretch where I was walking along this cliff and the views were awesome. When I spotted this part of the cliff with this great bit of jagged stone, I knew I had to get a picture. The way the light was falling over the rocks was just perfect. I’m looking forward to the next trip out there.

Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Love these. I always liked exploring, hiking …our recent (recent? Several years ago now!) three day trip to Eastern Utah was incredible with tons of photos. Way back, however, we had to meter out the pictures carefully, with pre-digital film, where the number of pics were very limited, and there was no way to see what you got until days or weeks later. M 🙂
Haha yes I remember the film days. Just hopping your picture turned out the way you wanted. I’ve never been to Utah, but I want to check out one day.
Beautiful! Newly discovered places are so exciting, even more so if they’re not too far away.
Totally! Thanks about the picture 🙂
KVR trail?
I love the winter light play in the Okanagan. It can get so grey, but that too is beautiful.
Thank you very much! As for the trail, TBH I cant even remember what it was called. Actually I dont think I ever asked anyone I was with what it was called. I rarely do such things haha. I’ll try and catch the name next time ;).
