I went out and shot some photos last night with a friend of mine (guy ruining my picture at the bottom of the frame haha). We walked around St. Patrick’s Island here in Calgary looking for some good shots with the city in the background. I took only two lenses with me, my 300mm 2.8 & 50mm 1.8 mark 1. After a few failed spots I landed on this one, The Skipping Stone Bridge and a few others behind it. When set up, I waited for the right runner or biker to come by. The runner came first and that was good enough for me :).
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
OH wow this is beautiful with the sunset behind! Beautiful Rob! 😀
Thank you Michelle!! 😀
Cool shot, Rob! Do I see another photographer under the bridge there?
Haha ya that’s my friend. I gave him a hard time about getting in my shot already 😜.
Oh and thank you about the shot! 👍🏽😀
Gorgeous! I love the way you share your process here … It’s very generous. 🙂
Thank you very much! 😃 Happy to share any info I have.
Nice image…great sunset color and I like the bridge. You were smart to wait for the right runner or biker. She adds something.
Thank you! Ya I don’t mind the wait 😊.
Nice shot. I suppose your friend has one of you in his frame too. 🙂
Haha no, he was shooting the river. Thank thought :).
Makes me want to shoot =D thank you for sharing
Thank you very much and no problem! 🙂
