Sometimes I get board and take random, meaningless pictures that have no business being taken. Like this one here haha. I grabbed my camera to do a couple test shots (with different lens) and the next thing I knew I was walking between these buildings where I saw some nice light shining through. There was really no picture to be had there, but I forced this one because I just liked the light at that moment. Oh, and I like shooting into the sun from time to time for the flare. π
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
“No picture to be had there”? I beg to differ! You made very fine photo there!
Why thank you very much, you are very nice to say so π
For people like us, photography is soul medicine. Sometimes one meaningless photo is exactly what you need!
Agreed Sonya! π
I agree! I love photos sun flares.
Yay for flares! π
love the sun flares…I disagree…this is a very cool shot…not everything has to make sense or have a meaning! π
Your right Heather π Thank you!
Light is a big motivator in my art as well π
Funny thing is, no matter where you are, what you find, or who you shoot-it makes the shot alive. I love catching discoballs like this! Nice ones!
AGREED! Thank you very much π
Epic. I wish I took more meaningless pictures. I think my college training and certain photography courses have turned my attention away from random photography and drawn me towards concepts and themes. I think a healthy dose of both is the ideal.
