My friend and I randomly ended up taking a hike up this trail one day when we drive my Westfalia out the mountains. We were on our way to a lake spot I knew to take some pictures when we decided to take a left instead of the right which I knew would take us to the lake. I’d never gone up this road before and neither had my friend, so we figured we might as well see what was up there. Am I ever glad we did because views like this don’t jump in front of you everyday. I’ll definitely be making that hike again in the spring.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob

great sir
I love these happy unexpected gifts Life sometimes gives us when we go where we didn’t plan to go. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us, Rob!
For sure hey! I need to get back down to Bellingham and take some more pictures. I miss it there so much. I always think about how many times I only took a few photos while I was out and about town, if I was there now I’d probably shoot 100! haha.
Bellingham is wonderfully photogenic – it has one of those faces you can take pictures from any angle and it’ll come up looking good. 🙂 – forests, bays, waterfalls, mountains in the background, otters, all kinds of birds – and amazing people! I’m glad we share the B’ham connection, Rob.
I couldn’t agree more about everything you said! 😉
