Bow River Night

Shot at f/16

I shot this one on Saturday night from underneath the Skipping Stone Bridge on St. Patricks Island (in Calgary). I was using my Fujifilm X-E1 with an old Canon FD mount Vivitar 28mm f/2 close focus lens. The camera and lens performed wonderfully together. This shot is straight out of the camera (other than a slight touch of straightening). Getting pictures like this straight out of the camera is the exact reason I got interested in Fujifilm cameras and I must say they are living up to the hype!

The 2nd picture I had to color correct a touch because under the bridge there are these blue LED lights and it looked really crazy haha. I didn’t spend a ton of time doing it either as you can probably tell ;).

Thanks for stopping by, Rob
