I’m sure it still looks like this in some places in the good ol US of A, but not here in Calgary, Canada haha. I took this picture a couple of months ago. Today I woke up to howling winds and snow this morning and decided it would be a good time to stay in and edit a couple of pictures I took earlier in the year :).
I like this picture because it’s not a typical view of Calgary you would see. This picture is over looking the neighbourhoods of Roxboro & Rideau Park, and believe it or not those buildings are in ANOTHER neighbourhood called Mission. Calgary is a strange place, in that you can walk 5 or 10 blocks and you’ll be in a different neighbourhood with another name. Personally I don’t see the point in that, but whatever haha.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Lovely! I can feel the warmth from those rays. Keep warm over there!
Thank you! I wish they were still shining haha.
awesome photo…love the suns rays…you have my sympathy regarding the howling winds and snow!!! ๐ I’m not a winter person, so that is how I feel!
Thank you Heather. I too am not a fan of winter haha.
Striking sun burst! Def not how we think of Canada! ๐๐๐
Haha I hear that! ๐
