The last time I went to Spokane in the fall I got a pretty wicked room that had this beautiful view! The deck was actually massive and I really should have got a picture of it, but I guess I forgot haha. Anyhow, if you want a good view this hotel (The Red Lion) has a lot of good rooms with nice views.
I thought might as well add a picture of myself on the the deck too ;).
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Spokane is Awesome!
Good gosh, Rob! Talk about a room with a view! this is beautiful.
Right! Thank you. ๐
Beautiful view.
Not to sound weird here (if that’s possible for me), but dude, what are you going to Spokane for? Can’t you get that stuff in BC? Ha?! Sorry. Seriously, what are you doing there? Family? We like to diss on Spokane being on the west side, but I actually like it. I’d like to see more of it. I go to a friend’s cabin an hour north of there. Where I’m from, east coast US, we call that “Bum F*%k Egypt.”
Oh man, I spend time in Spokane because I love Spokane! It’s awesome there and if I had a good job offer in the city I would move there in a heart beat. Spokane is a beautiful city with an interesting history and what I am sure is a bright future. No matter where I live I will always go back to Spokane, because I love it there.
Righteous! Love to hear that, hope it works out for you…good to know. We spoil things through strange versions of snootiness you know. Cool you see it that way, that’s good. Bill
Oh and about the Cabin, that is cool! Is it on a lake? There are some nice areas around there that would be good cabin country.
Waitts Lake about 45 minutes north.
Oh nice! Must be awesome around there.
It is, good and quiet with lots of bats and crickets at night, the occasional gang of wild turkey coming through. I love it. Good country. Good with a camera you know, or a pen ๐
Sounds awesome ๐
And you can burn whatever you want, basically. All the dogs off leash. You get the idea: pull up a banjo and a jug and let’s get this party started!
Haha good times for sure then! ๐๐๐ฝ
Beautiful photo of Spokane, Rob. We moved to Spokane from Portland a couple years ago and although it’s been a bit of challenge adjusting to the “extreme” weather (compared to the NW), we’ve come to appreciate and enjoy this area.
Thank you Katherine! I guess that would be a little bit of an adjustment, Portland is wonderful but I also love Spokane a ton! Your in a good spot ๐
Beautiful photo, Rob. We recently moved here from Portland and had a little trouble adjusting to the “extreme” weather. We’re finding a lot to like and appreciate here now, though.
