As you can imagine a wedding in Calgary in February is going to be indoors for the most part. Mariah and Raheel’s wedding was no exception, well except for this one picture of course! haha. We pretty much just ran out the back door of the hotel, shot this photo and ran back in! The rest of the wedding was held inside the hotel. This wedding was a short one for me, but it was 100 miles and hour the whole time!
When you only got so much time to get your shots there is a lot of quick shooting invovled and you tend to move around a little fast than you might normally go. At this wedding there wasn’t a moment I wasn’t taking pictures. Ok well, I did stop for 5 minutes to enjoy some of the amazing indian food! I’m not a crazy person after all, if there is indian food around you can bet I’ll be hold’n down a plate with the best of them ;). So after my blazing fast meal it was back to the shooting! Indian weddings are always so much fun, I didn’t get to stick around this one for the partying, but hopefully next time :).
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
The look on her face while he is talking on his cellphone….Really cute photo.
Haha ya that was a funny moment to me, I’m glad I caught it 😅👍🏽
All gorgeous shots, and I really like the snowfall in that quick outdoor portrait. The slightly buttery tungsten light contrasts well with the purple tone in the background sky. Your clients have got to be proud.
Smashing work as always.
Oh well thank you very much for your nice comment! So nice of you to say so. I actually used a Canon 580EXii Speedlite shot through a white umbrella for the lighting on this one 😉
Yes he did an amazing job 👍 All the pictures are just amazing
Thanks Rob for this wonderful shoot 😊
Ah thank you so much Mahwish! It was a pleasure working with you 🙂
