I was out for a little street photography action last night in Calgary. I was walking by a train station and noticed this beautiful painting on the security gate of a store. I thought it would look cool to have some one walking out in front of it, so I waited for the right person and came away with this shot. I don’t usually like placing people dead center in my photos, but for whatever reason I think it works for this shot.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Does look best dead center, I think. Did you have to wait long? Do you ever get people wanting you to pay them or do you have them sign waivers? OK, kind of kidding about that. Good colors here, nice.
Haha no didn’t have to wait to long. I actually shot a few different people and ended up liking this one the best. As for wavers, never haha. I would if I was going to sell the photo, but for this street stuff it’s a non issue.
You always get the best shots when you wait for people. It really amazes me. What a great photo this is.
Thank you very much! You are much to kind 🙂
Where is this wall Rob?
7th half a block east of The Bay.

Very cool shot rob…Cheers!
