This is the view of Portland from the Steel Bridge. I was walking across the bridge on the other side and immediately knew I was on the wrong side. I don’t recommend doing this, but I had wait for a break in the traffic to run across the bridge! It wasn’t all that busy, so it wasn’t a big deal. I know there are many better locations for a Portland skyline shot, but this view is nice to look at too :).
