I shot this photo back in February and kind of forgot about it. I was driving home one day and noticed the Calgary tower was lit up, so I made a stop off at Tom Campbell’s hill and shot this. I used a Sony a7ii with a Canon FD 80-200mm f4 lens. Amazingly, I shot this photo handheld! The Sony a7ii‘s in camera image stabilization really shines in a situation like this πŸ™‚

  1. Love this. Looks great on my computer. The detail, the birds, mountains beyond; details in the city, and color contrast of the tower. nice picture. M πŸ™‚

  2. I love the picture of the camera with the city landscape in the background. This so depicts the life of a photographer, their love of life, the need to have a camera with them at all times to capture moments in time.
