These mountains kind of came out of nowhere for me. At the time, I was just trying to get some shots of downtown. After I had all the shots I wanted I decided to point my camera in another direction just to see what I might get. To my surprise the mountains were clearly visible in the photo! It was so dark at the time I couldn’t really even see them with my eyes. You could barely make out a mountain outline if you looked really hard, but just looking in the direction the scene looked black behind the buildings. It was a nice little surprise and I’m happy I pointed my camera that way.
