I shot this photo over the weekend on a cloudy day. I am sure it would be much better if it was nice day, because the contrast of the blue sky would be great. I might just have to go back another time. Actually, maybe a twilight shot would be even better! We’ll see :).

A twilight shot would be probably better depending on how many lights are left on at night. I suspect that if too many lights are left on in the buildings, it will probable “kill” the twilight effect …….. still this shot is very nice
