I suppose this will be a rather personal post, as there is really no other reason I could think to post this picture haha. This is the coffee cup I start almost all of my mornings with. It’s a Calgary Starbucks cup! I LOVE Starbucks and am also a long time fan of their coffee cups. I lean towards this one most often because it’s a Calgary cup and that’s where I live right now :). Behind the cup is my iPad 3. I spend a lot of time using that for WordPress, email, Facebook, reading magazines and general surfing if I don’t feel like sitting at my computer. I think that this photo does a great job of showing the capabilities of the Samsung NX cameras with a Canon lens! The colors really pop out, and the bokeh is beautiful–a tribute to the lens, of course, but also a testament to the image quality of the Samsung. I love shooting with my NX300 and the Canon FD 50mm f/1.4 wide open!
Agreed! I also really love shooting with this set up! Even though I have a 5D mark iii & ii and 50mm 1.2 not to mention a load of others, I still find my self wanting to shoot with my NX & Canon 50mm. The build quality on those old FD lenses is amazing and a joy to use.
