I love taking pictures of the city at night. When I went to shoot photos on this night I took only one lens, my Canon 300mm f/2.8. Sometimes I’ll leave the house with only one lens, because I find it forces me into photos I might not otherwise shoot. This shot is pretty tight in and I probably would have zoomed out a bit if I had the option. After looking at the pictures on my computer, I am glad the option to zoom out was unavailable, because I like the picture as it is.
