Nature is awesome! Right before I took this picture I actually had my camera pointed in the opposite direction. I was shooting some photos of the Calgary skyline when I noticed some flashing going on behind me. Excited at the prospect of getting a lighting bolt picture I spun my camera around and started snapping. I love how the lighting was lighting up the clouds and sky around the immediate area. Nature can put on quite the show if you find yourself in the right place at the right time. 🙂
