Last night I had the pleasure of attending the 2015 Park Show fashion show. The show was held in an underground parking garage under the Nordstom at Chinook Centre in Calgary. I showed up early and cruised around the place as people came in. I had such a great time and I know everyone else did too. The show was amazing and everyone in attendance was just as fabulous as the models on the runway! I haven’t had that much fun in awhile and I can’t wait for the next one :).
All photos shot with a Canon 5D Mark iii with a 28mm 1.8, 50mm 1.4 and 70-200mm 2.8
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Wow, Rob! Awesome shots! Oh, to be that young and that thin again…..!
Thank you! 😀
Great shots, Rob…As nice as the models on the runway look, I find your candids more interesting, but that may be my inner street photographer talking.
haha thanks buddy. As you know the candid stuff is definitely fun to shoot 🙂
Wow!!!!! How much fun was THAT???? Great post…loved it.
Ya it was awesome for sure! I wish I could be at Fashion shows every weekend! I did get invited to shoot another one next month, so that will be fun :).
Looking forward to it:)
Man, that must have been brutal. I don’t know how you managed it.
In the future, let me know if you need any help photographing such scenes. I’m available to assist, and I’ll work regular rates–no combat pay, despite the challenges.
Haha funny guy Dan! Your on the top of my list buddy 😜.
Great set of shots!
Thank you 🙂

FABULOUS! Love his post Rob!
I must say your work translates wonderfully into the fashion world.
Also, I wish you could see some of the amazing & unique shots done by our Director & DOP on “Sensitive Skin II” The dailies are fab. Kim Cattrall looks incredible.
You would be the perfect “On Set” photographer!
Good shootin’, Rob!
Thanks! 🙂
