My 5 year old son Joshua has started playing organized hockey this year. The program he has joined is called Grassroots Hockey and it is a mellow introduction to organized hockey. The kids play outdoors and the focus seems to be more on having fun, rather than taking the game to serious. This was Joshua’s 2nd game and he got him self a nice little hat trick (3 goals) for the 2nd game in a row. They don’t have proper goalies or anything, so scoring isn’t exactly the hardest thing to do in this league haha ;). It’s really fun and super cute watching these little guys bumping around the rink.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
congratulation to your son – Healthy sport – You have such elegant and beautiful photos!
Thank you very much!
Yes, I completely agree with mihrank! Beautiful images, good for your son 🙂
Thank you! 🙂
Hi Rob, it’s nice to see you much time you spend with your son.
Thanks AJ, I love spending time with my boys. I try to spend as much time as I can with them, but work always seems to be getting in the way, I guess that’s life :).
I know what a hat trick is! 😉 Long time Islanders fan. 🙂
Aaaaaahhh yeeeah! I like the Islanders too! Because one day I plan to move to Queens! 😀
My kids played soccer and a hat trick was always the ultimate. Go, Joshua! I love the smile.
Oh that’s awesome :). He likes soccer too! I’ll be posting some soccer ones this summer for sure.
Sweet pics!
Thanks Joseph 🙂
Adorable pics! Looks like he’s having fun out there 🙂
Thank you and yes he was having fun for sure :).
A future Wayne Gretzky, I have no doubt!
Great photos . . . as always!
Ya never know :). Thank you!
Looks like they’re having a good time! I think it’s more fun watching little kids play hockey than a “real” hockey game. 🙂 My grandson plays soccer and it’s really a pleasure to watch these little tykes!
