Sometimes you gotta climb around to the kind of picture you want. Like this one for instance, the tide was low on the river so I decided to climb under the bridge as far over as I could go with out getting wet. I shot a lot of photos this night and this was the very last one I took. I knew when I took this picture it was the only one I needed :).

Perfect pic for the engineer who designed that bridge! I wonder if he lives in Calgary?
Well the bridge opened in 1916, so I am assuming he is dead haha. Thanks for your comment Ty! 😀
Brilliantly shot, your efforts certainly paid off. Such an engaging image.
Thank you very much 🙂
impressive and beautiful!
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful image!!
Thank you 🙂
Beautiful shot of a fine looking bridge. But you mentioned that the tide was low…in Calgary??? There must be something other than tides causing water level variations that far inland. (This coming from someone who lives beside a tidal estuary!) Love your work, Rob.
Haha yes, i have no clue what it would be called! I grew up on the Pacific coast, so Im olny up on ocean lingo haha. Thanks 😉
Fantastic shot Rob!
Interesting perspective – I really like the clear city image with the start affect on the lighting under the left arch.
Thank you 🙂
Big wow for this one!
Thanks buddy 🙂
