Winter Trees

I’m not a big landscape guy, but when I was driving through the country yesterday I couldn’t help but notice this row of trees. I thought it looked kind of cool so I pulled over and took a few shots. At first I thought it would have been better if the sky was completely clear and blue, but after looking at the pictures I like how the clouds kind of fade the sky in.

  1. I love the intersecting fence and tree lines. The tree line was nicely placed. I agree, the wispy clouds work. All and all a very nice landscape. Thanks for sharing.

  2. For not being a landscape guy, you did a great job on this one! I like the layering from front to back of the frame – which really helps balance the photo. Wonderful shot, Rob.

  3. Lovely picture – I really like the lines of the trees and fences. Have you tried it as a panoramic? Cutting the foreground off just below the first fence lie looks pretty good …. well, I think it does anyway
