Last night the Calgary Flames played their first game of the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs and I was down on the Red Mile to take it all in! I won’t give you a run down of the game because it’s late and I need to get to bed (I’m writing this at 12:20am), but all you need to know is the Flames won! When the Flames scored with 30 seconds left in the 3rd period the place I was in exploded! It was an unreal atmosphere and the city was on fire! Hopefully they Flames can keep it roll’n on Fridays game :).
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
go Flames go! My neighbourhood (one block up from the red mile) was a cacophony of hoots and hollers and honks – made me smile in spite of the fact that I was trying to sleep. ❤
