This cool dude isn’t my dog, but he’s my friends dog. This picture has a bit of a funky compositions compared to most dog pictures, but I kind of like it like this 🙂

Nice Rob!! I love the compo. It gives the image so much personality. Did you find it hard to get focus right? Whenever I photograph my dog half of the pics are focused on his nose rather than his eyes. He’s all one color though. Harder for the camera to lock focus I suppose.
Thank you Sonya. Actually this was the only shot I took of the dog haha. Focus was right on because I use the middle focus, press the shutter half way and recompose, then shoot the photo. I find for shooting shallow depth of field stuff like this picture, that technique works well.
