I walked by this bench so many times. And for whatever reason I found myself in this general vicinity often. There is a 7 Eleven right behind this bench, so I stopped in here a few times. There is also a money exchange place across from the 7 Eleven, so just those 2 reasons alone gave me reason to be here often. Anyhow, regardless of those things this bench is a great spot to just sit and watch the action going by. Refreshments are right behind you and the action is non stop. If you like people watching, this is a good bench to do it.
