Kal Lake in Vernon, BC is awesome! I spend more time there in the summer than the winter and when I am there in the winter I don’t usually get out for too many photos. Thing is, I’m not all that into winter, so getting out that door with my camera is a bit of a struggle. Thankfully my kids pretty much dragged me out the door on this day and I figured I’d be crazy if I didn’t bring my camera along. The weather wasn’t exactly at it’s best, but it had a calm to it that I think I captured in the photo. Right after this shot that calm ended pretty quick when my kids started tossing the biggest rocks they could find into the lake ;).
