I took a trip out to Vernon BC this weekend because my sister in-law Marie was graduating high school. All of the grads go this park in the town to take pictures, so I met up with Marie there. Of course, I by the time we found each other, I was able to shoot ONE photo before it started raining cats and dogs! Like you might as well be standing in the shower rain, it was ridiculous! I had Marie use an umbrella and we also shot some other ones of family under a tree. The rain was a major pain, but it did make it kind of fun :).

These are beautiful, the umbrella gives them an interesting look not often seen in photos. That is a prop that would be great even on sunny days.
