Playa del Carmen is the only place I have experienced that you often see people walking around the busiest streets with suitcases. Every time I’ve been to Playa del Carmen it has always stood out to me that people would be walking around with suitcases in the busiest tourists areas. I guess it makes sense though since that’s where a lot of people want to stay. Still it’s kind of a funny sight to see.

I’ve seen this a lot too where it’s a travel destination.
I guess I’m just used to hopping in a taxi straight from my hotel to the airport. I couldn’t imagine myself dragging a big suitcase around town. 😅
