I took this picture just over a week ago. It was a pretty cold night and rather late when I decided to head out. Even though I wore the appropriate layers, an extremely warm winter jacket, winter hat and 2 pairs of gloves, it was still freezing! I believe the temperature was around 0 degrees! (-18C). It does get even colder than that from time to time here in Calgary, but there was very cool wind that night too, so I didn’t last very long out there. I shot this photo and about 4 other frames and then packed it in haha. I didn’t even think I got anything decent and didn’t end up looking at the pictures until this weekend when I downloaded some other photos I shot. This one seemed alright and I put it on my Facebook page, so I thought I’d put it here too :).

Great capture Rob. Did you wear gloves while taking this image? I have been looking for a good pair that I can wear while still shooting in freezing temps.
