Enjoy The Sunset

exif-data-canon-5d-classic-ef-85mm-1-8I was out one day for a walk the park and was enjoying the sunset. I walked up on this couple who were taking it all in with a front row seat. That feather in the guys cap caught my eye and I thought putting the sun right between them would be perfect. I like how the sun looks in the picture and I love how it looked in person.

Scarves & Flowers

exif-data-rob-moses-canon-6d-50mm-1-4I was kicking around Esther Short Park in Vancouver, Washington one day when I noticed the statue of the old guy was wearing this beautiful knitted scarf. Although it did look a little odd with his iron suit, I thought it was wonderful. And to top it off, this nice little statue girl was giving him a real flower. Was a good day in the park for these two I’d say. 😉

Boys 1st Day of School

rob-moses-exif-data-sony-a850-minolta-50mm-1-4Another school year has started for my boys! This is Cameron’s (black sweater) first year at Stanley Jones Elementary. Cam has been looking forward to joining his brother Joshua, who has started the 2nd grade today. I love taking the boys to school on their first day, but this day was extra special since it is Cam’s first day of elementary. Seeing them both off together was really fun and I am looking forward to many more fun days to come.

Bench with a View

exif data canon 6d 70-200mm rob mosesThis guy’s looking back at my last post like, “Damn, wish I was there right about now!” 😅 I was shooting this location with a friend of mine and I got him to hop on the bench and take a look around for me. This location as such a great view, but I though the picture would be more interesting if he was looking else where.

From the East Village

Camera: Canon 6D & 28mm f/1.8 ~ Settings: f/20 – 20 seconds – ISO 100

I shot this on Sunday night right before I shot the photo in my last post. This little part of the East Village in Calgary is cool. Once some of these buildings are done and some stores and coffee shops start opening it’s going to be awesome. It’s still nice to look at even now though :).

Bokeh on the Bridge

I went for a little walk across the Centre Street Bridge with my son Cammy yesterday evening. It was a beautiful evening and we had a fun time. Of course I was snapping photos a long the way and theses are a few of the ones I took.

Self Portrait Time

I shot this self portrait a few weeks ago for a project I was working that didn’t amount too much. Since I took the picture I thought I’d share it here :).
