Well the snow has landed in Kelowna and does not show any signs of going anywhere anytime soon. Yesterday I knew I had to get out the door for a picture and it had to have snow in it. I didn’t know what I was going to shoot when I went out, so I dressed warm and just started walking around the neighbourhood. When I got this is park I knew I was running out of light in a hurry, so I just started shoot photos of this snowy basketball court. At first I wasn’t sure if it was something I would use, but then the guy with the dog walked into the scene and I knew I had something.
I always find a person in any scene is more interesting than one without a person. Even if the person is just kind of in the background, it’s still makes the photo more interesting to me. This guy had a dog too, big bonus there! The photo probably would have been even better if he walked right in font of me, but this will do.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob

Looks like part of the court has been cleared for a pick-up game. ππππ
Haha ya part of it has been cleared for sure, but only because it’s also part pathway and that is one of the entrances to the park. I’ll have to get another picture one day.
Snow in Kelowna, wow! No snow in Toronto, yet, but grey all day every day.
It’s quite uninspiring. Lol!
I hear that about the weather being uninspiring. I feel a lot of that around here just because of the type of pictures I like to take. But I’m working with what I’ve got haha.
