Well the return to this blog has been on my mind for a while. When winter hit I kinda just put my camera down and then had a hard time getting back into the swing of things in the spring. I’ve been shooting photos, not as much as I used to but I have been going out. I think it would be helpful to start posting here again. When I’m blogging I have a purpose for all the photos, so it’ll probably get me out more than I do now.
Lately I’ve been taking a lot of pictures of my van haha. The van has honestly taken a lot of my attention these days. Not to mention both my boys are playing basketball now so that’s also quite busy. Add work, wife and two dogs onto that and it doesn’t exactly leave a lot of time for blogging haha. Anyhow, I’m going to try and fire up the old beast again. Hopefully you’ll see me around here more often.

I have neglected my blog for maybe 2 years. Covid sent me for a loop and this past year I’ve not gone out much and one of my fur babies was very sick. He’s better now, but I need to get back into it again.
Glad your dog is ok! But ya I hear you, I just kind of fell off after I moved here. I’m more of a city photographer and Kelowna isn’t exactly a big city, so I had a hard time finding inspiration around here. But I miss taking pictures (and blogging), so I’m just forcing myself out the door these days and working with what I’ve got in this town.
But yes, you should get back on it! It’s a rewarding experience as you know and I’m sure once you get back into the swing of things you will be happy you did.
