One More Mini Pic

Just one more Mini picture here. The truth is I didn’t have time to go out and shoot any photos yesterday, so I figured rather than skip a day I’d just post another Mini Cooper S picture haha. I shot this at the same time I shot the last photo of the car I posted. I don’t think I even talked about how I shot the photo in that last post. Let’s do that.

Ok so this spot is not a place you should be parking your car haha. Im not sure if it’s a real street or what it is, but it is for driving and not parking, as there are parking spaces on the sides. I knew this, so I just made sure to come by late at night. I pulled up, parked my car in the middle of the street and jumped out with my camera in hand and the car left running. I shot as many photos as I could in about 3 minutes and then hopped back in my car and got outta there before anyone knew I was even there haha. It was actually a pretty fun little shoot.

Thanks for stopping by, Rob

  1. You make me laugh how you take pictures: at night, climbing trees or fences…!! Anything for the photo and I love it! 😆 That is one sweet little ride.

  2. At least you didn’t have security rolling up, like in the late-night selfie post, wondering what this dude is up to, and is that running car his. I’m sure they would be using more colorful language, LOL. (Oh , if you need a translation to colorful language, I can have my sis, Elizabeth sign on, and she can give you a translated version. 🤣🤣🤣)

  3. I love this story. Sounds like something I would have done when I was younger, and braver. I once took photos of potholes on a rainy day, on a busy curving 4-lane road, dodging in and out of traffic, simply because someone mentioned they were looking for pothole photos for a school project. I made sure I got potholes filled with water, and photos of cars splashing through those holes at high speeds. Of course, after nearly getting myself killed, the person who wanted the photos decided to do a completely different project.

    • LOL oh man that sounds wild! And hilarious that your friend didn’t even use the photos. But it sounds like the adventure was worth it. Now you got that memory and it sounds like a good one! I hope you’re still out there making new ones, memories and pictures ;).
