My older son Joshua is back at it with the school basketball right now (9th Grade). I love watching Joshua play basketball and I also love taking pictures of him playing basketball. Shooting basketball photos is actually a lot of fun. It’s such a quick game and there are so many people on the floor that it’s a bit of challenge to get a good shot. Joshua is consistently scoring points in the 20’s so he gives me lots of opportunity to get shots, so I’m thankful for that. I really do enjoy it and I’m looking forward to more games!

Nice action shots.. Your Josh must be a tall one. Which position does he play?
Being a tall-ish girl at 5-8, I was constantly asked about playing basketball while in high school. I was already competitively riding horses, and I didn’t see myself doing another sport. The same for my sisters, Tara and Elizabeth, though in other sports like cross-country. We still run like girls at times, LOL.

That’s funny about you being asked to play basketball. You should have tried it! I played in high school and it was so fun. But ya I get it, if you’re already into something else then sometimes it’s hard to pull yourself away from that.
