I went to go shoot some photos of the city a couple days ago. I parked my car and started to walk around the base of a local hiking area called Knox Mountain. I was shooting photos and searching for the right angle that I wanted. I ended up hiking a lot further than I was expecting because I knew where I wanted those 2 building under constructions to be.
I shot a lot of photos a long the way but I had a vision in my mind for how I wanted the photo to look so I just kept on hiking up and further to the side (maybe south). I got just about as far over as I could get when I finally got to this spot. Thankfully the angle was exactly what I wanted and I’m happy with the photo.

Thank you Lois. Yes they are doing a lot of building here right now. Many new buildings going up. Those cranes on the left side are in my neighbourhood. Well those cranes are a little farther than my house, but they are relatively close to where I live.
Nice panoramic shot. Your town is having a serious building boom. I counted six cranes. Is the new construction apartment blocks, office building, or both?
O/T: I assume you watched the Olympic men’s basketball tournament. I am assuming certain someones in your house is wearing their Steph Curry branded gear. Walking a little taller today. Didn’t watch much Olympics, not even the highlights. What can you say about Steph Curry? He’s one of the best athletes around.

Hey Deborah, yes there is definitely a lot of building going on around here. There is more than just what’s in the picture too. I know there are come buildings on the other side of the lake going up and more buildings in other parts of the city that can’t be seen in this picture. Most of the new buildings going up are Apartment buildings.
And yes we did watching the Olympics basketball and yes we are defiantly all about Curry over here haha.
