Sorry, I kind of fell off the planet there for a couple days. The truth is I hadn’t been out shooting photos for the last few days and I didn’t feel like posting any oldies haha. Anyhow, I went for a walk yesterday and shot a couple photos. The weather looks to be good for the next couple days too, so I should be able to get out again for some more.
Now about this picture, I probably would like it a lot more if I had got to this spot a little earlier. I don’t mind shadows, but when they take up that much space of the frame it’s a little overwhelming to me. Anyhow, I think I’ll try and shoot something similar another time when there is some clouds in the sky to bounce some light on to that street.

Thanks for stopping by, Rob
But what cool buildings you captured! I so want to zoom into those open windows of that tall building in the background.
Hahaha I’ll send you the original file and you can go to town.
Send it and I’ll report back my findings! 😂🤣
🤣
View from the roof. I’m with Lois, what’s going in those apartments back there??? (LOL) Do I have to avert my eyes? 😮😮😮 You mean that’s what people do!!! 😮😮😮
LOL I dunno what people do. But go ahead and look, enjoy yourself. 😅
I like the shot Rob, a lot.
I know what you mean about shadows. Best if there are none….usually….. BUT sometimes they can create magic.
Often, I don’t see that magic until iIget home and look at the pics on my laptop. SO, always grab the shot! That’s my shadow motto.
Yes agreed. Shadows can be great at times for sure!
