I had to pick up my son from his friend’s house yesterday morning. His friend lives up the hill from us and I had seen this Cemetery before when I was driving up there. I figured I’d bring my camera a long see if I could get a picture. I think I actually like the way the cemetery looks in winter better than in summer. The cemetery just looks less busy and more peaceful somehow. I’m sure it’s great in summer too, but fresh snow always looks good.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob
Note: This is the Immaculate Conception Parish Catholic Cemetery

Has a nice view – the mountains, the lake, part of the valley. In Hawaii, where my great-grandma and great-grandpa are buried, it used to have a good view of the ocean. “Farewell wishes until the next time” kind of sentiment. The view is now obstructed. Where my grandma and grandpa are buried in the national cemetery, it’s a just view of the countryside. It’s not like if any of that matters. The view is probably more for us.
Yes it is a good view from up there. And it sounds like an amazing spot your great grandparents are at! Sometimes I think I might like to live in Honolulu haha, but other times I dunno. Anyhow, ya I think you are right about the view being for us haha.
