I went out to shoot some photos last night with just a 50mm f/1.4. I honestly had no idea of what kind of picture I was going take, but I knew it was going to be wide open (this is when the lenses aperture is at it’s wides and letting in the most light). I walked around downtown looking for a photo and wasn’t coming up with anything at all. Then I walked by this store that had these cool lights in the shape of jagged stars. I think these lights look pretty cool! Maybe I should go back and buy one.
Thanks for stopping by, Rob

Beautiful. Paper stars a great subjects
Thank you! And yes your right, the are. 🙂
I have a 50mm f/1.4 lens, too, which is my least used lens. I really need to take it out for a spin. This is so pretty!
Yes you do! I used to use the 50 more than anything. I lean towards 85mm more now these days, but I still like 50.
Looks like a Moravian Star … I think that’s what they call them. They look pretty cool.
Oh I am unaware of this “Moravian star” I’m gonna look it up though. 🙂
